In order to see patients safely, we invite patients book telephone or video consultations as opposed to the traditional face to face appointments. Patients are able to access most services with video consultation. Patients access a virtual waiting room with a device that has a working camera and microphone. Once the doctor is available, they will invite you to start the consultation from the virtual waiting room. The link to the virtual waiting room is as follows.

Telephone consultations have less flexibility with Medicare and are more limited. A doctor will call you on your listed number to start your telephone consultations.

Both video and telephone consultations are treated as a normal appointment and may attract an out of pocket fee. You may receive a call from our reception team following your consultation to process payment and organise follow up. If you are bulk-billed, to comply with the Medicare requirements, you will be required to confirm your consent to assign your Medicare Benefit to your doctor. You will receive an SMS with a link so you can confirm your consent. Alternatively this can be done by email or in person.
