We are taking the pandemic very seriously. For the safety of our patients, staff and doctors, we are aiming to keep The Gympie Clinic COVID-19 free.
As of March 14, 2020, we are asking patients follow the following advice: If you have travelled anywhere in the last 30 days OR have cold or flu-like symptoms please call our reception BEFORE entering the building.
As of March 13,2020, Medicare have allowed telehealth with or without video to take care of our patients. We are currently developing a plan to structure our clinic appointments. We will keep you updated on how this may work.
You maybe eligible for telehealth appointments with our doctors if:
1/ You have been diagnosed with COVID-19 virus AND you are not a patient of a hospital
2/ You are required to isolate themselves in quarantine
3/ You are in a vulnerable group
